WHAT: How to make fresh pici pasta + other fun nuggets.
We’ll be making a unique pasta shape called pici. Pici is a traditional pasta with origins from Tuscany. We’ll chat about its history and how its name, recipe, and sauce pairing can vary depending on where you live within Tuscany. If you’d like, grab a bottle of Tuscan red (or any Italian wine of your liking) and lets make some pasta!
You will receive a welcome packet and recipe a few days before our scheduled class. I will send you the ZOOM link via EMAIL 30 minutes before we start class. Class will be about 1.5 hour. Can’t wait to cook with you!
*Class size will be limited to 10 screens so that we can ask questions, catch up and get the most out of our time together!*
