Aperitivo @HOME
Where: Zoom
When: May 28, 2020
Time: 5:00 PM EST

What to expect: We will learn how to create an aperitivo spread that your friends will talk about. We’ll start class by making a simple focaccia dough. Kneading and chatting about our favorite light bites we like to enjoy for aperitivo as well as why aperitivo is so important to the Italian culture. While we let the dough rest we’ll learn how to make traditional cocktails you’d find at any Italian bar. A fun boozy (or not) chat with carbs…? What more could you ask for from an an hour around the virtual tavolo!
Class will be about 1 hour. Can’t wait to cook with you!
*Class size will be limited to 6 people so that we can ask questions, catch up and get the most out of our time together!*
If you’d like to book the class for a group of your friends, please make a note in the message and I will email you to set up your private class.
